What a credit actually buys
One balance spends across every model. A credit is priced at roughly twice what the underlying model costs to run — that margin is the product: model selection, brand-kit injection, retries when a render comes back wrong, then publishing and attribution on the other side.

At Plus, 800 credits is about 40 videos or 400 images a month, for $29 — against six separate tool subscriptions, or a single freelance UGC video. Every render is downloadable from your Generations log, and a failed generation is refunded automatically. Credits reset each billing cycle rather than rolling over, so pick the tier that matches what you actually ship.

What credits cover — and what “BYOK” unlocks
Credits (included in every plan) cover the full standard engine roster — Flux images, Wan, Hunyuan, Kling Standard, Seedance, and Hedra lip-sync — with no API keys required. Sign up and start creating; a typical 3-scene, 15-second ad runs about 62 credits — 20 per scene plus 2 for the plan. (The table below breaks it down.)
A few flagship engines — Google Veo 3, Kling 3 Pro, and Seedance 2 — cost far more per render than credits can fairly cover. Those are bring-your-own-key (BYOK): add your own fal.ai key in Settings (Pro & Ultra) and they run on your fal account at fal's published rates — costing zero plan credits. You only pay fal directly for what you render.

Billing questions
- Do I need a credit card to try it?
- No. Sign up free and your first 10-second video is on us — no card, no trial timer. You only enter payment details if you decide to move onto a paid plan.
- Do credits roll over month to month?
- No. Each renewal sets your balance to the plan's monthly allowance. Use them or lose them.
- What happens if a generation fails?
- Credits are automatically refunded when the provider returns an error. You only pay for renders that actually start successfully. In a long-form film, every shot that fails to render is refunded on its own. In the rare case an automatic refund can't go through, our team is alerted straight away with the amount and puts the credits back.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the paid period, then downgrade to Free.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We honor refunds for full-month windows where no renders were performed. Contact support within 7 days of the charge.
- Can I bring my own API keys (BYOK)?
- Yes, on Pro and Ultra — but you only need them if you go past your plan's usage. Go to Settings and paste your fal, Hedra, or OpenAI keys; each key is tested before it is saved. When a personal key is configured, the system uses it instead of ours — useful if you want to track spend directly on a provider account, or to unlock the flagship BYOK engines (Veo 3, Kling Pro, Seedance).
- How do I change my plan?
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage. You'll be sent to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
