Getting started

What is Best AI Marketing Software?

Your AI marketing team in one place. Brief the AI director once and it picks the right model across image, video, and lip-sync, dispatches the job, and drops the result back into the canvas — 21 engines across 2 providers (fal.ai, Hedra), one workflow. Beyond making the creative, it also writes UGC ad scripts, schedules and publishes to your socials, builds lead funnels, and tracks what converted.

Do I need any technical skill to use it?

No. Type or paste a brief in plain English ("Hero shot of a ceramic mug, golden hour, 1:1"). The director chooses the model and parameters. Pull the result onto the canvas to compose.

What can I create with it?

Creative: product photography, ad creatives in any aspect ratio, brand-consistent images via your Brand Kit, short cinematic videos, spokesperson lip-sync, and multi-scene storyboards through the Director. Marketing: UGC ad scripts with AI actors, a weekly content calendar published to your socials, lead funnels and landing pages, SEO articles, paid-ad copy, outreach, and analytics tying a post to the lead it produced.

What is Editing Bay?

A Pro-only bonus suite of 19 focused AI tools beyond the core creation canvas — face swap, multi-view, relight, VFX, motion sync, replace character, voice-over, voice cloning, music, sound effects, and more. Use them to enhance, remix, and post-produce your generated content. Find it under "Editing Bay" in the menu once you're on Pro.

UGC ads & AI actors

What is the UGC ad studio?

It writes creator-style ad scripts — the talking-head format that performs on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts — built to be filmed with an AI actor. Find it under "UGC ads" in the menu. You describe the product, or just paste its URL. It produces the script; you then film it in the Creation Studio, which is a separate step (see the Instructions page for the full walkthrough).

Does "paste a product URL" make the video for me?

It makes the script, not the video. Paste a link and it reads the page, pulls out the name, description, benefits, audience, price, and product images, then writes the script around what's actually there — so you don't retype what you're selling. Filming it is the second step: take the script into the Creation Studio and lip-sync it to an actor. Two steps, roughly 16 credits all in.

What are the styles and frameworks?

Six creator formats — Testimonial, Unboxing, Before / After, Demo, Honest review, and Storytelling — crossed with three copywriting frameworks: PAS (problem–agitate–solve), AIDA (attention–interest–desire–action), and Problem → Solution. That's 18 combinations, and the script follows the format you pick beat for beat. Scripts come in 15, 30, 45, or 60 seconds.

What is the AI actor library?

48 photorealistic spokespeople you can browse at "AI actors" in the menu, filterable by gender, age range, and look. "Add to my cast" saves one as a Character, so Character Lock and Hedra lip-sync pick them up like any face you'd upload — no camera, no hiring, no release forms.

What is batch mode / testing angles?

Instead of one script, generate 5 or 10 at once, each attacking a different angle — pain-point, social proof, curiosity, cost-of-inaction. It's 1 credit per variant, and if the model returns fewer than you asked for, the difference is refunded automatically. Film the strongest hooks, post them, and let your analytics show which one won before you spend on scale.

Viral Shorts

What is Viral Shorts?

One-click short films. Pick a format, type one line, and walk away — the AI writes the script, renders every scene, records the voice-over, lays in music, and stitches the finished vertical short. No prompting skill, no scene-by-scene work. Find it under "Viral Shorts" in the menu. It runs on our servers, so you can close the tab and come back to a finished video, usually in about ten minutes.

What formats are there?

Eight, each a locked bundle of look, voice, and pacing — so the same format always comes out looking like the same show: Product Drop, Before / After, Listicle Hook, Testimonial Reel, Founder Story, Explainer 60, Brand Anthem, and Day in the Life. Six are vertical 9:16 for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts; Explainer 60 and Brand Anthem are 16:9 widescreen for your site or a deck.

How much does a short cost?

One flat price — 165 credits, about $4.95 — for every format, charged once when you hit go. Not per scene, and you don't do the arithmetic. If a scene fails and retries, we absorb it; if the whole run fails, you're refunded in full. Viral Shorts needs the Plus plan or above.

Can I stop one if I change my mind?

Yes. Every running short has a Stop button — press it and we halt the render immediately and refund your credits in full. Stop it early, while it's still planning, and it costs you almost nothing. Finished shorts have a Delete button that removes the video and clears it from your list.

How is this different from the UGC ad studio or the Director?

The UGC studio writes you a script to film yourself; the Director is the full shot-by-shot control panel. Viral Shorts is the walk-away option in between — you pick one of eight ready-made formats instead of directing, and it produces the entire finished short end to end, voice and music included, with no steps left for you.

Pricing & credits

How does pricing work?

Three monthly plans — Plus ($29), Pro ($79), Ultra ($199). Each comes with a monthly credit allowance that resets every billing cycle (Plus 800, Pro 2,400, Ultra 7,000). Credits are consumed per generation: image (2), video (20), lip-sync (14), brief (2).

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. Sign up free and your first 10-second video is on us — no card, no trial timer. You only enter payment details if you decide to move onto a paid plan.

What happens if a generation fails?

Credits are automatically refunded when the provider returns an error. You only pay for renders that actually start successfully.

Can I bring my own API keys (BYOK)?

Yes. Go to Settings and paste your fal, Hedra, or OpenAI keys. When a personal key is configured, the system uses it instead of ours — useful if you want to track spend directly on a provider account, or to unlock the flagship BYOK engines (Veo 3, Kling Pro, Seedance).

Do credits roll over month to month?

No. Each renewal sets your balance to the plan's monthly allowance. Use them or lose them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the paid period, then downgrade to Free.

How it works

Which models does the AI director use?

Flux for images; Kling, Wan, Hunyuan, and Seedance for video; and Hedra Character-3 for spokesperson lip-sync — all via fal + Hedra. The director scores models on style match, quality, speed, resolution, and cost — then dispatches.

What is a Brand Kit?

A set of brand assets (logo, primary/secondary color, voice tone, character reference photo) that get injected into every generation prompt. Set one up in Settings → Brand Kit. The director references it on every render so visuals stay on-brand.

Why doesn't my render appear immediately?

Provider render times vary: image ≈ 8–15s, video ≈ 30–120s, lip-sync ≈ 60–90s. The canvas chat shows a live progress card per active job; the video drops in inline when the provider finishes.

Rights & ownership

Can I use what I create commercially?

Yes — for your own brand or a client's. Content you generate with the Service is yours to use, subject to the underlying AI model terms, and you keep ownership of the prompts you write and the media you upload. We take only a limited license to store and process your content in order to run the Service, including sending it to a social platform when you choose to publish. The binding wording is section 7 of the Terms.

Do my exports have a watermark?

No. Renders download and publish clean — no badge, overlay, or Best AI Marketing Software branding burned into the output — on every plan, including Free. What you export is what your audience sees.

Privacy & safety

What data do you store?

Your account profile (from Clerk), encrypted BYOK API keys (AES-256-GCM, per-user IV), saved canvas snapshots, brand kits, and generation history for credit auditing. Generated outputs are stored on Vercel Blob under your user-scoped prefix.

Are my prompts used to train models?

No prompts are used to train Best AI Marketing Software's systems. Provider terms vary — fal and Hedra each publish their own data-use policies. BYOK gives you the strongest control: the prompt goes directly to your account.

How do you defend against prompt injection?

Every user-authored prompt is sanitized to strip invisible Unicode (tag block, zero-width, bidi overrides) before it reaches the LLM. Brand Kit free-text is sanitized at write and read time.

Account & billing

How do I change my plan?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage. You'll be sent to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

I was charged but my plan didn't upgrade

Sometimes Stripe webhook events take a minute to process. Refresh after ~60s. If it persists, contact support with your Stripe receipt and we'll reconcile manually.

Do you offer refunds?

We honor refunds for full-month windows where no renders were performed. Contact support within 7 days of the charge.

Social publishing & autopilot

How does the weekly autopilot work?

A CMO agent reads your Brand Kit and drafts a week of strategy, the Writer turns that into posts in your brand voice, and a cron job publishes them across the week. You can edit any post before it goes live.

Which platforms are supported?

LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Bluesky. The weekly autopilot writes for all 7. TikTok and YouTube posts need a rendered video; the autopilot skips them until you have one. TikTok posts publish privately until the app clears TikTok's content-posting review.

Can I edit or stop a post before it publishes?

Yes. Posts stay scheduled until their publish time — edit or delete them in the calendar, and toggle the autopilot off anytime.

I manage several Facebook Pages — which one posts?

You pick the Page via the "Posting to" dropdown in Settings → Social connections. Switching Pages needs no reconnect.

What if a post fails?

It's marked failed with the error shown. Fix the connection and retry.

Growth tools

What is the outreach finder?

Give it your niche (e.g. "AI marketing tools for indie founders") and it scours the web for relevant venues — newsletters, blogs, podcasts, communities — scores them for fit, and drafts a pitch for each into a review queue. Nothing is ever sent automatically: you read, edit, and decide. It's under Outreach in the menu.

What does the paid-ads composer do?

Describe the offer, pick a platform, and it writes a platform-ready ad package — headlines, primary text, and variants shaped to that platform's rules. Find it under Paid ads. Use it to draft the copy; you still place the buy on the ad network yourself.

What's on the Ideas page?

A ranked answer to "what should I make next?" — content ideas grounded in your Brand Kit, your strategy, and which of your posts actually performed. Each idea comes with a why-now so you're not guessing at timing. Hit generate for a fresh batch.

What does Analytics show me?

The loop closing: which posts went out, what they did, and — via UTM attribution — which ones produced leads. That's what feeds the Ideas page and the A/B winners, so the system gets better at your audience rather than at audiences in general.

What is Studio Long-Form?

A made-to-order, feature-length AI film, quoted per project rather than paid in credits — it's a different scale from a 60-second ad. There's a details page linked from Pricing; you apply and we scope it with you.

Leads & engagement

What is a landing page / lead funnel?

An AI-generated page served at a public /p/{slug} link with an email capture form. Leads collected there appear in your list, and you can attach an optional lead magnet.

How does the engagement agent work?

It drafts replies to real mentions — it works best on X. Every reply requires your approval; nothing sends automatically. The feature is opt-in and rate-limited.
