What is Studio Long-Form?
Feature-length AI film, two ways. Self-serve: Ultra members who have proven their look in a short (a finished multi-scene project, or a few finished videos) can render films up to 20 minutes themselves at /long-form. You see the credit cost and render time before you start: films are priced per 5-second shot, and shots with Character Lock cost more. The film renders in the background at the aspect ratio you picked, and any shot that fails is refunded. Managed: for longer films, up to 2 hours, or for white-label delivery with human QA, you apply on the same page and we quote it per project.
Which models does the AI director use?
Flux for images; Kling, Wan, Hunyuan, and Seedance for video; and Hedra Character-3 for spokesperson lip-sync — all via fal + Hedra. The director scores models on style match, quality, speed, resolution, and cost — then dispatches.
Can I use what I create commercially?
Yes — for your own brand or a client's. Content you generate with the Service is yours to use, subject to the underlying AI model terms, and you keep ownership of the prompts you write and the media you upload. We take only a limited license to store and process your content in order to run the Service, including sending it to a social platform when you choose to publish. The binding wording is section 7 of the Terms.
Do my exports have a watermark?
No. Renders download and publish clean — no badge, overlay, or Best AI Marketing Software branding burned into the output — on every plan, including Free. What you export is what your audience sees.
Why doesn't my render appear immediately?
Provider render times vary: image ≈ 8–15s, video ≈ 30–120s, lip-sync ≈ 60–90s. The Creation Studio shows progress per scene while a job runs; the result lands in the scene card (and your Generations log) when the provider finishes.
How does pricing work?
Three monthly plans — Plus ($29), Pro ($79), Ultra ($199). Each comes with a monthly credit allowance that resets every billing cycle (Plus 800, Pro 2,400, Ultra 7,000). Credits are consumed per generation; in the Creation Studio: image (2), video (20) per scene on the default engine, lip-sync (14), brief (2). Videos started by the AI App Coach, a Technique or a connected agent are priced by engine and length, never below the Studio price, and the price is shown before you approve.
Can I bring my own API keys (BYOK)?
Yes, on Pro and Ultra — but you only need them if you go past your plan's usage. Go to Settings and paste your fal, Hedra, or OpenAI keys; each key is tested before it is saved. When a personal key is configured, the system uses it instead of ours — useful if you want to track spend directly on a provider account, or to unlock the flagship BYOK engines (Veo 3, Kling Pro, Seedance).
